Art Ó Súilleabháin is a native of Corr na Móna, Co. Galway. A primary teacher by profession he has also worked as Director of Mayo Education Centre. A skilled photographer, poet, fisherman, musician and craftsmen he is also well known for his interest in the Moore family and is the driving force behind the annual literary competitions and festival in that area.
